Hello and welcome to the online shop of NOORDLEEV®! You will find jewellery with maritime motifs in various designs. Simply choose the right size and add the jewellery to your shopping cart. You can also buy vouchers here. You will be guided to the ordering process via the shopping cart. You can pay easily and securely via PayPal or credit card, but also by prepayment. More on our page Payment and shipping. As soon as you have ordered, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, if necessary with our bank details. When we dispatch the goods, we will contact you again with a tracking link.

Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?
Yes, you generally have a 14-day right of cancellation, starting from the day you receive the goods. You can read all the details on the Revocation page.
If you wish to cancel your purchase before the goods have been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. You can find our contact details under Contact.
However, personalized jewellery and custom-made items cannot be canceled.

Kann ich Größe oder Material des bestellten Produkts noch ändern?
As long as the desired size or material is in stock and the goods have not yet been shipped, this should be possible. Please write us a message as soon as possible by e-mail or via the contact form, see Contact. For custom-made products, a subsequent change is unfortunately not possible.
Wie kann ich bezahlen?
You can pay easily and securely via PayPal and credit card. We also offer payment in advance. You can find all the details at Payment and shipping.
Kann ich NOORDLEEV-Schmuck auch in einem Laden kaufen?
Currently you can only buy NOORDLEEV® jewellery here in the online shop and at selected artisan markets. You can find out where and when you can find us at markets on our Events page.
Wie kann ich einen Gutschein verschenken?
You can easily order vouchers here in the Online Shop, they are called Gift Card. You can choose from a voucher value of 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 euros and add a personal message. After payment, a voucher code is automatically sent to the e-mail address of the person receiving the gift. If you want to choose the time yourself, simply enter your own e-mail address as the recipient. You can then forward the voucher code to the person receiving the gift whenever you like. Gift card vouchers are redeemable without a time limit.
Please note: if you enter several e-mail addresses as a recipient, you will purchase a corresponding number of vouchers. This is also shown in the shopping cart.
Wohin versendet ihr?
We ship within the EU. You can find an overview of the countries on our payment and shipping page.
Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?
Within Germany, to Austria and some other countries we ship free of charge regardless of the order value.
We ship our jewellery as insured shipping within Germany via DHL. We ship to other EU countries by DPD or DHL. You can find an overview of the shipping costs on our page about payment and shipping. We ship free of charge to the corresponding EU countries outside Germany from € 149.
Wie lange dauert der Versand?
Our jewellery is ready for shipment within 1-3 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The delivery time varies depending on the delivery address and can be between 1-5 days within Germany, and longer outside of Germany. During busy times, we cannot rule out delays with our shipping partners DHL and DPD.

Kann ich meine Bestellung zurückgeben?

Wie tausche ich ein Produkt um?
If you would like to exchange a piece of jewellery because, for example, the size does not fit, please write us a message. You can find our contact details under Contact.
Wie finde ich meine passende Ringgröße?
There are several methods for determining the ring size. Please have a look at our size guide. There you will find detailed instructions and an overview of the usual ring sizes.
Was ist eine Goldplattierung?
With gold plating, the silver from which the jewellery is made is electroplated with a thick layer of gold. In contrast, with a normal decorative plating, the layer is only 0.1 μm – 0.2 μm thin, in rare cases up to max. 1.0 μm. The layer thickness varies depending on the company. In NOORDLEEV® jewellery, however, the gold layer is very strong and therefore particularly durable. Our layer thicknesses at a glance: Rings 10 μm, necklace and bracelet pendants as well as chains 8 μm and ear jewellery 6 μm. So you can wear your NOORDLEEV® jewellery every day.
Gibt es eine Garantie?
Of course, our jewellery is subject to a legal warranty in the event of a defect. Details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions under “Warranty”. We do not give any guarantee beyond this.
Wie pflege ich mein Schmuckstück?
Sterling silver tends to “tarnish” over time. This varies from person to person and is also influenced by medication intake and diet, among other things. To avoid or at least reduce this, keep your jewellery as dry as possible. It’s best to take it off for swimming, showering and sports activities. A soft silver polishing cloth is suitable for the care of your jewellery.
With jewellery that is gold-plated or blackened, you may notice a little wear over time. If you don’t like these signs of time, we recommend that you have the affected surfaces refurbished by NOORDLEEV® or your trusted goldsmith.

Woher kommen die Rohstoffe für NOORDLEEV-Schmuck?
We use up to 98% recycled silver to make NOORDLEEV® jewellery. Our freshwater pearls are cultured in Japan. Our Larimar comes from the Dominican Republic. Our diamonds were purchased in accordance with UN resolutions from legitimate sources not involved in the money conflict. Based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees from the diamond supplier, we guarantee that the diamonds are conflict-free.
We lovingly handcraft our jewellery in Germany and only work with local small businesses.
